Setup and on-going administration is done for you.

Implementing and managing the FinanSavvy Financial Wellness Service could not be easier. We do the work for you.

Getting Started

  • Send us a list of e-mails for your employees.
  • When you tell us to, we issue invitations to use the service.
  • Employees are provided a temporary a link to use in their invitation.
  • Employees are prompted to provide a password and gain immediate 24x7 access*.

We provide you with a link to the service that you can use on internal sites and in internal communications for your employees. We also provide materials that you can share with employees describing their new benefit.

*Optional integration with your existing trusted business system or identity management solution to eliminate this step is available.

On-Going Administration

Once you are up and running we continue to handle administrative updates for you as things change. E-mail us for any of the following changes and they will be made within 24 hours.

  • Add a new employee or employees.
  • Remove an employee or employees.
  • Re-invite an employee or employees.
  • Temporarily de-activate an employee or employees.
  • Re-activate an employee or employees.

For any employee for whom we have created an account at any time, passwords resets are handled on-line and instantly.

Reporting

A regular monthly report is e-mailed to you so that you can keep tabs on the status of your program. This report includes the following for the most recent month:

  • Total number of active employee accounts.
  • Number of new employees added.
  • Number of employees removed.
  • Number of employees Temporarily de-activated.
  • Number of employees Re-activated.

We know that employee e-mails and passwords must be secured and that the kind of financial information we are entrusted with is very personal. We have taken a number of steps that reflect this understanding.

Security

  • All communications with our servers are SHA-2 Encrypted. Passwords are encrypted on the server.
  • No information about personal identity other than e-mails are stored on our servers.
  • Physical access to the servers hosted by Amazon Web Services is strictly controlled by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, state of the art intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means. All visitors and contractors are required to present identification and are signed in and continually escorted by authorized staff.

Privacy

  • Email addresses are used exclusively as a login name, for password provisioning and resets, and for employer authorized communication directly with employees by us.
  • On our servers, E-mail addresses are maintained in a seperate part of the database from financial data.
  • The financial data that employees enter into the system is used exclusively to provide the service.
  • We use cookies exclusively to track login status (manage session) and (optionally) so that employees don't have to enter their email address every time they login to the product.

If at some point in the future we think we can improve the service by changing this in some way we will let you know. At that point we will give you the opportunity to opt-in, opt-out or cancel depending on what we want to do.
